Everything You've Been Waiting For Is Inside Your km789 Account

Every time you log in to your km789 account, you step back into a world of online entertainment that never stops. From the latest Slot Games just launched, Live Casino with real dealers, to real-time Sports Betting — it's all there waiting for you.

Km789 makes your login process as simple and secure as possible. We offer two main methods — log in with your phone number and password as usual, or the faster OTP method where you simply enter a 6-digit code sent directly to your mobile phone. No password to remember, no hassle.

For those who frequently use a personal device, the "Remember me" option lets you log in faster next time without re-entering all your details. However, we strongly recommend against using this feature on public or shared devices to keep your account secure.

Every km789 login session is monitored by our security system. If we detect a login attempt from an unrecognised location or new device, we will immediately send an alert notification to your registered email address and phone number.

One thing many km789 members love is how fast and responsive our platform is right after login. Whether you're on a desktop, tablet, or phone — your account dashboard loads in under 2 seconds, and all games are ready to play instantly with no downloads or extra plug-ins required.

If you prefer to play on the go, the official km789 app for iOS and Android offers an even smoother login experience — complete with biometric support such as fingerprint and face recognition for added convenience and security. Download the km789 app from the Download and enjoy the convenience of playing at your fingertips.

Security Reminder: km789 will never ask for your account password via SMS, email, or Telegram. If you receive any such message, it is a scam. Do not share your account information with anyone.

km789 mobile app users can enable biometric login using fingerprint or face recognition for greater convenience and security.
FAQ

Login Issues? We're Here to Help

Use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered phone number or email, and the system will send a password reset code to your phone or email. Follow the instructions in the message to set a new password. If you still encounter issues, contact km789 customer support via live chat.

Make sure the phone number you entered is correct and active for receiving SMS. The OTP code usually arrives within 30–60 seconds. If more than 2 minutes have passed and the OTP has not arrived, try pressing "Resend OTP". Also check whether your number has credit or is within network coverage. If the issue persists, contact km789 support via live chat for immediate assistance.

For security purposes, km789 will temporarily lock your account after several consecutive failed login attempts. The temporary lock usually lifts automatically after 15–30 minutes. If you need immediate access, contact our customer support via live chat and our team will help verify your identity and unlock your account.

Yes, you can access your km789 account from outside Malaysia using your device as usual. However, for login attempts from a new country, our security system may require additional verification via OTP sent to your registered phone number. This is an extra layer of protection to ensure only you can access your account.

The "Remember me" feature is safe to use on your personal device that is not shared with others. It stores a secure session token (not your password) on the device to speed up login. We strongly recommend you do NOT use this feature on public computers, shared office computers, or any device accessible by others.

For any technical login issues you can't resolve on your own, the km789 support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat within the platform.
